L2800 DT wheels locking up?????

I have a 2005 L2800DT 4x4 with 53hours on it. Some things are really messed up and I definately think its major. Dad was on tractor messing around in the pasture and all of a sudden gears started grinding and could not go in and out of 4WD. Called the dealer to come and pick it up today. Whenever the guy was trying to load it on the trailer, the back wheels locked up on him. He turned the tractor off and let it sit for a few minutes. He tried again and was able to get it loaded. Whenever they unloaded it at the dealership, the front wheels locked up on them. Twice!!! Any ideas?????
