A buddy of mine bought a salvage L2550D with less than a thousand hours he'd like to repair, but we'need a parts source for the stuff. I would expect from the dealer it will not be practical, so we are looking for used stuff. SN is 52003, Don't know year. It is 4WD with a BF400G loader. A large weight was dropped on the front of the tractor, which crushed all the sheet metal and radiator, water pump, etc, and it also snapped off the right front wheel at the "kingpin" area. Busted the drive gear casting pretty good, too. Does anyone have a source for this stuff?
Seems like a neat little tractor. I think it is the same as we had rented years back to move some dirt. That one was like a bulldozer and had pretty amazing push power.
