L245DT Hydraulic/Transmission Fluid

I have an old 1976 Kuboto L245DT tractor with a front loader & a 3pt. lift in the rear. The front loader is acting sluggish, any ideas ? I have checked the fluid levels.

There is a screen filter located on the left side of the trans. Clean this and problem will likely go away. My three point lift arms were slow in the winter and this was the problem.

I am using TSC hyd/trans oil. No problems the last 30 years. Parts manager at Kubota says it is only good for starting fires.
