Hey guys, a newbie to the board here. I'm looking at a 1992 L2350 with 1200 hours. 84Q loader and manual 8/2 trans. Price is $6,500 seems to be in average condition for use and years...Thanks for the feedback.

Hi Tim, welcome to TBN!

This is just a gut feeling, but that price sounds reasonable to me. That's not a whole lot of hours, and those 50 series botas are very well built. Here are some numbers from a post from a while ago:

Kubota L2250DT w/FEL with about 1300 hours (1990 model). It was a one owner unit and is really pretty clean. Turf tires. They want $8950

Kubota L2350DT w/FEL with about 350 hours (late 90's model). Ag tires. Overall it is in really nice shape. It is definitely an economy model - spartan but would do the trick. Asking $8995

If you're not familiar with the "search" function , it's pretty amazing. There have been over 800,000 posts on this site, and a search on "2350" will give you quite a bit to look at.

Good luck, John

Hi tim2110,
A little over a year ago I paid $6800 for a late 80's L2250 with 800 hours on it. It came with the FEL and a York rake. Mine had been used pretty hard but the tractor is very robust for it's size. I have had 0 problems with it so far and I use it pretty hard. Basic maintenance and replacement of previously abused parts is all I have done. Used tractor prices here in Maine tend to be high, so your deals sounds pretty reasonable to me.
Welcome and good luck.

Back in July 2005 I paid $5000 for a 1999 L2500. 2WD, manual,no FEL, turfs, even had a decent homemade very HD front grill. About 1200 hours. Also came with a TSC 4' RC and a Woods RM360 FM. Just personalized the tractor a bit, ags on the rear, homemade canopy, new fuel filter, a few gauges, etc. I've only painted the RC and picked up a few spare parts for the FM(belt, spindle).

Instead of buying a new expensive riding mower I went with this for about 2 acres of mowing. But I have found many more uses. I still watch Ebay and local stuff(this one was on Ebay) and have never seen a similar deal that fit me so well. The FM was key because they are in the $1500 new. I had to have one. A FEL would have been nice but it takes up more garage room and I'm surrounded by bigger ones that I can borrow any time.
Good Luck with it!
