L2250 transmission oil drip

That bolt and pin flopping around is just doing what it's suppose to do. The pin just keeps the drip hole clear of obstruction, while the drip hole lets moisture and oil come out of the bellhousing.
The fact that you have oil running out of it, means that you have either a bad rear main seal, a bad transmission input shaft seal or a 4WD output shaft seal leak. However, look at the color of the fluid, I would say it's the transmission input shaft or the 4WD output shaft if you have the 4WD model. If it was the rear main seal, the oil would be darker.

Post 3 nailed it. Bad seal. If not too bad, ignore it. It entails a split no matter what. My M9 open station with 6 K hours weeps a bit too. I ignore it.

Like others said it appears you have a transmission seal leaking by the oil color.
I cant tell what kind of trans its has. Manual, GST or Hydro.
Its not anything to do with the 4wd as the drop box on this model is further back on the trans.
And yes to fix it will require the tractor be split.

You could use one of these to see exactly what is leaking and to make sure you are not getting any oil on your clutch disc.
They are fairly inexpensive and sync to your phone for viewing. There is a built in light that has adjustable intensity.
