L2202 starting problems

Have grey Kubota L2202DT, after digging a few post holes I shut it off. When I tried to start it again, engine didn't turn over...just a faint "buzzing" sound from the part pictured in attachment. Don't know what the part is (ignition relay?) can't find translated manuals. Any help would be much appreciated.

Dead battery --- how old is your battery?? Have you checked it? Should read 13.0+ volts under no load.

Battery was recently charged and was working fine only minutes before the problem occured......haven't put the meter on it though...will do. Thanks
