L2050DT Help Needed

I recently purchased a Kubota L2050DT. No frills with an RCR72 finish mower. Anyone out there own one of these basic tractors. If so, what is your opinion (frankly). I am having no luck finding chains that will fit the turf tires 13.6-16 ... 1" fender clearance.
1) Is there a way to widen the rear tire centerline?
2) 3pt is jerky... Where is the hydraulic screen, how to remove?
3) Is there a cheap alternative to the Kubota shop manual?
4) Any other helpful info is greatly appreciated.

I had one for 13 years, it was an awesome tractor ! It never left my land the whole time to be worked on, I did change the seat once. As I recall the screen is back by the axle, screen cover has 2 bolts on it, I never noticed the 3 point being jerky on it. I traded it in last year and it was still going strong. Great machine, no surprise there since it's a Kubota!

Thanks for the info... hopefully I won't have to drain the oil to clean the screen.
