Still trying to figure what all the controls do,My lift is locked
in position and want lower even with me on it.It worked fine
before.Is there a locking lever somewhere?

Did you get the diff lock answer?

There is a knob in front of the seat which can lock the lift. Also controls the rate at which it lowers.

Have a fiddle with that.

The hydraulics usually lock if the button under the seat is turned. We have even seen them so loose that they can turn with the vibrations of the tractor. If this is locked it takes maybe several turns anticlockwise to open it. The implement should then lower. And as Neil says, you can adjust the drop speed with this button.

OK Neil,
as I said if you can carry them you can have them.
Just a bit concerned your knuckles would be touching the ground by the time you got home (lol).
