Kubota B-7800
Was out at the local Kubota dealer yesterday picking up some small items. I just had to peruse the lot.. The new L-4400 is real nice... also saw a Grand 4240... Beautiful!

But, there was an L-39 there with a curved boom backhoe... Looked just like a Woods but said "Kubota" on it... Does Woods now build this hoe for Kubota??

I had heard that Woods was building some attachments for Kubota...

No, the TL1000 BH is a Kubota hoe on the L-39 (at least it is one mine....).

Kubota doesn't need Woods to build backhoes for them.

The new B26 also has a curved boom backhoe, as does the BX24.

The one thing I really like about Kubota is they build most, if not all, of their components in-house. So does Yanmar. In my experience over the years, I've found that the tractor companies that build all of their components in-house tend to produce machines that are a bit more reliable than the machines from manufacturers with a broader range of out-sourced components.

Agreed, another good reason I bought 4 Kubotas! :D
