Sounds like a pretty decent price for a brand new tractor with those implements. I'd jump on it.

My best price in W. Michigan is $17,995 PLUS tax. It also includes loaded tires. It's a bit different including a 72" MMM deck and 54" bucket. If your price includes tax, it looks good to me!

I had a 60" mmm on my subcompact, and it handled the mowing chores with no problem at 5500' elevation. A buddy's BX22 with 60" mmm also easily handles the mowing chores. We lose a bit of power at this elevation compared to you.

I'd go for the 72" deck on the B7800. It makes it easier to mow close to trees, shrubs, walls, etc., and the extra 12" width will cut down on mowing time.

That appears to be a pretty good deal. Best I can tell, it appears to be 12-15% off MSRP. My B3030 with the LA403 and 60" MMM was about $1k more than your deal.
