Kubota ZG Hourmeter

I was wondering if anyone could help me here. I have a ZG23 and my little boy decided to turn the key in the on position, well if you do that your hours calculate and this is not the first time. By the time I noticed it calculated approximate 20 or more hours on it. Does any one know how to reverse this or if it is even possible. I thought maybe hooking the wires backwards or something, maybe it would reverse the counter? Please let me know if anyone has a solution.

Just unhook the hour meter for the next 20 or so hours and you'll be back to normal.

You can't "turn back" the odometer! That's why a clock meter is not as good (IMO) as a rev counting meter.

You can simply buy a new meter and replace the old one, then switch on until the time is right, or just go with the flow and accept the new time.
