Kubota used value Need Help

I have been looking at a couple of used Kubota tractors for my 10 acre hilly property.

A one-owner 2005 B7800, 4WD, HST, 140 hours, LA 402 loader, BH7500 backhoe, NO top and tilt, Woods 60" box scraper, Woods 12" post auger, available in private sale for $18,800; and

A one-owner L2900, year unknown, 4WD, gear drive, 960 hours, LA480 loader with heavy front bucket L1741A, Woods 7500 Backhoe, 73" Gannon scraper, with tandem axle trailer, available in private sale for $19,500.

Any information about the fair value of these two tractors will help me alot. I am a novice tractor buyer/to-be-owner.

You can check Used Tractors For Sale at TractorHouse.com: John Deere Tractors, used farm tractors and farm equipment, tractors for sale, Case IH, New Holland, Agco, Kubota for similar tractors for sale.Used hold their value,at least Kubota,JD.The back-hoe is very pricey;adds may-be $6,000 on a new unit of that size.If you don't need the hoe,maybe sell after purchase.
I have used a B7800,with a bh,nice machine.I would think the asking price is about new less implements.

My first thought is that those seem like reasonable asking prices, but don't know what final price should be.

Thanks, so far what I get from your comments is that the prices are in line with general asking prices, but negotiation on a final price will get wherever it goes.

Given the disparity in hours of use, 140 on a B series 30 hp HST, vs. 960 on an L series gear drive, any further comments on how you would expect pricing to go? I would prefer newer with more implements, but the FEL, BH and grading box are 3 first choice items for me.

I also expect the location of the unit makes some dfference in price. I am looking to buy locally in California. Any Caifornia buyers/owners out there with comments?
