kubota tractor L3350 Transmission problem

My bucket and transmission quit working, so I changed hydraulic filter and new hydraulic oil it worked for a bit. if I leave it in gear it will not move then it will take ahold and move for a ways than not move so I repeat new filter and oil ,If this doesn't work what would be the next step to do.
