Kubota Shop Manuals

Are the Kubota BX Shop Manuals worth the money? What did you pay for yours?
I like doing all my own maintenance on my equipment and was wondering if the shop manual gives procedures for diagnosing, adjusting and repairing the different systems on these tractors.

When I made the deal for my B2910, I stipulated that I wanted complete service and parts manuals as part of the purchase. The manuals are pretty good, and definitely needed if you are going to work on it yourself. As far as being worth the money, I thought they were kind of high, so that's why I had them included (for free) in the deal. I'm glad I did.

Expensive, but worth it, in my opinion. You need both the Workshop Manual and the Illustrated Parts List.

I agree. The manuals are a must have if you are going to do anything more than change the fluids. The manual for the L4310 is good. Certainly not the best manual I've seen but still required for me.
I have a parts book in PDF format and in paper. Nothing beats the paper when you are trying to find something.

I the shop manual is essential if you plan to do your own maintenance. I bought the shop manual for my BX2200 but I was a little disappointed in the quality of the manual.

I think I paid $60 dollars for my manual.

I got a shop manual thrown in on the deal on a new Toyota once, and then before it got ordered my salesman got fired the following week for taking a new 4-wheel drive pickup demo home for the weekend and tearing it up on the sand dunes at the beach. Nothing was in writing and it took me almost a year to finally get that book.
Didn’t think of doing that this time or I would have.

I have the parts manual in PDF format; wish I could find a PDF file for the shop manual also, as they do seem a little expensive.

Go to this web site web page and send them an e-mail, and they will send you a pdf file with the parts list for your tractor for FREE. They are also great people to buy parts from.
