Kubota M7040HD - Wont move forward or backward

I have a Kubota M7040HD fully Synchronized Shuttle Shift with 1100 Hours on it Year 2009. The tractor runs great, but won't go forward or back. Happened slowly had to rev engine in order to move the tractor, now it does not move at all.

Changed filters, checked fluid level, and linkage, still the same. Any Ideas?

Sounds to me either the clutch is out of adjustment or you need a new plate. . .John
