For those that have a Kubota M7040 do you feel they ride a little rough? Comparing to my old Ford 4630. Need to double check tire pressures for one but I guess that is all I can do.

Compared to the N.H. & Deere it is a lighter tractor. If you're talking about the ride on pavement or hard packed dirt it may just be the tread on the front tires versus a two wheel drive.
Check tire pressure, my Kubota was delivered with a lot of air in the front tires so they would resist the weight of a full bucket. Made it so rough I could hardly rake with it.
I lowered the pressure a lot and it is better, if I'm gonna move a lot of gravel etc I air them up a few pounds.

You shouldn't have more air then needed to keep the bars in full contact with the ground. To never have the the front tires squish or flatten when loaded means you might have to much air on the rears it sounds like you might have to much air.
Art's advice is good, pressure numbers will differ between tractors as its related to how much weight is on them. Mine I'm down around 6-10 psi up front when haying with my loader off, as high as 20 doing loader work.
I noticed that my M5040 rides like a buckboard as well. I have yet to check the tires, although they seem a little overinflated. Especially in the rear. They're full of fluid as well.
