Try lowering the snowblower so it is resting on the ground, and then spin it up to operating rpm. You aren,t going to be using the blower while it is lifted in the air. Like others have mentioned, tighten up the chains on your lift arms while the lift is at its highest point to prevent so much side to side motion. The blower will track much better when it is full of snow at ground level.

We disagree,

the 540 rpm rotation speed through the PTO shaft should
not create the radial loading that is indicated here in the
videos.

AT a minimum a new power take off shaft with dual constant
velocity joints is in order here to stop the radial loading and
the shaking.

The new PTO shaft with the dual constant velocity joint
connections is the first thing that should be installed to
solve this as the constant velocity joints would do this
for him.

A Eurocardan AJP or AJK constant velocity power take off
shaft is what is needed here to eliminate the side to side shaking.

The Eurocardan Homokinetic AJP or AJK constant velocity power take off shafts
allow up to an 80 degree angle of power transmission from the tractors
stub shaft to the gearbox of the implement.

Just watched your video, with the blower almost on the ground it seemed to have minimal bouncing around.
As you lifted it, it seemed to increase which would point towards u joint angles. Have you tried shortening and/or lengthening the toplink?
I have and it didn’t seem to make a difference at all.

I would mention it to the dealer. He will probably nod his head with a polite smile. You have your videos if there are any warranty issues.

My prediction is that it will operate perfectly fine under load. It will probably get quieter too as parts wear in.

It might pay to disconnect the pto shaft and turn the blower assembly slowly and see it there are any parts that are touching that shouldn't. Also while turning it over by hand see that the impeller isn't warped or welded on off center.

Also as previously mentioned check to make sure the pto shaft is phased correctly.

Please remove the rear access panel behind the impeller and ask
your spouse to video tape the impeller closely as it is running at 540 rpm.
If you have a white paint stick all the better as you can paint a single curved
line on the Rear plate of the impeller and video tape the impeller paddle if
as I suspect there is problem with the impeller or its bearings you will see
a wobble in the curved paint lines you applied.

If your serious about purchasing Eurocardan Continuous Velocity PTO Shaft
you can purchase them from Tractor Supply or any large tractor parts dealer
including a MASCHIO implement dealer or any Eurocardan dealer.

The pto shaft appeared to only go on one way. There was a flat male part and a flat female part and I lined them up. I’ll pull it off to verify its correct placement though. I’ll check the mechanism and see if I can feel any play or feel anything touching or anything like that.

I’ll take the cover off and slow motion video the impeller with white paint pen

It is not out of phase, the out of phase momentum/knock
would have shown up as the propeller shaft began spooling
up to speed.
