looking forward to more pics. I am wondering if you got your glass tempered? Is your whole door one piece of glass? Still in the planning stages on my cab and am curious how you did yours, Greg

Leveller,

I didn't get to get any pics today, I will do that tommorow, as far as the glass yes it is tempered with a light gray tint on all glass except the windshield which is laminated like a car windshield, as far as the door it is not solid glass, I welded the frame and inset the glass into it, I used 3M Glass Urethane to bond all of the glass to the cab, I have right around $500 in the glass, I will get all of my slips added up for a total cost and post that.

Building my cab was both a fun and aggravating at times, It is a very involved project if you want it to look factory, mine has a flaw here and there but for the most part it looks pretty darn good to me, let me know if you need anything.

I think $500 for the glass is quite reasonable, especially given the quantity and custom nature of it.

Mjncad,

I agree, I was very very pleased with the price of the glass it was actually $492.65 with 6% WV tax :D

I think it helped when I told him he could put pics of it when its all done on his website, he was really impressed with what I was doing.

I will try to get some pics tommorow when I get home from work! I was going to today but it was dark when I got home
