Picked up my 83" X 20' 10.4k trailer a little over a week ago. Man I'm glad I got a 20 footer...plenty of room to play with tonque weight and still keep everything on the trailer. Plus the brakes on the 5.2k axles are a lot bigger which is nice too. I've since hauled my wife's Envoy and then a JD 3038e with a 5' cutter and the weight distributing hitch makes a huge difference on my F150...especially when I hauled our Envoy. Being a half ton the ole girl's rear is a little on the soft side plus I keep about 300lbs of gear in the bed which doesn't help either. The 3038e wasn't too bad on tonque weight without the bars but I went ahead and put them on anyway just to improve the ride. After pulling our Envoy (about 7k with trailer) and having the WD hitch I don't think I'd hesitate to pull the trailer's max (10.4k). The EcoBoost didn't strain at all and the hitch kept everything well behaved.
