So when the loader is being used, hydraulic fluid is usually returned to the tank via the low pressure return hose. High pressure goes out the pressure beyond. That's why I asked about the hydraulic lines. The power beyond hose and the return to tank might be crossed up. So, the power to the 3ph is coming from the FEL "return" hose, when you operate the FEL.

Does the hydraulic system seem to be straining? or normal sounding?
Only the 3pt sounds like it is straining until I raise the loader

Your tractor has a relief valve. I also am wondering if there is some debris that got caught in there.
This may be a stupid guess but any possibility that there is air trapped in the 3 point circuit that gets alleviated when using the fel circuit acting like a pressure change relief?

i've already tried working the hydraulics to bleed air out. The filter was changed not long ago so that leads me to believe that some trash got in there and stuck at the relief valve.

But wouldn't that also cause a weak loader?
