The o-ring and back up ring, you can get from an hydraulic shop.
The liner seems discontinued everywhere. If you really want new, I'm afraid you'll have to have one made by a machine shop or hydraulic shop. Shouldn't be too hard and could be made out of a pre-honed piece of tubing for cylinder barrels.
Another option is to get an used one out of a parts tractor and hope it's good enough.

Not specifically help full; but many of the parts are the same, series to series. So, the L275 is the same generation as the L235/L295/L355. Also look at the previous "half generation" the L245/L285/L345, and less likely the next generation L2850.
I had and sold a L285, and the L245 was a much more common machine, and I was able to find more parts for the L245, when searching, and they were often exact fits to the L285.
