KUBOTA G5200 DECK

I was thinking real hard about my kubota g5200. It doesn't have a deck I bought it that way so I dont even have the gearbox for the deck. I have an old case mower deck thats pretty hefty im thinking of modifying it to fit my old g5200. Its pretty dead on when it comes to shape and size. Its a belt driven deck but I was looking on ebay and found many bolens mower deck gearbox for cheap and it attatches just like the original kubota deck does.

I was wondering if anybody else have embarked on such a voyage before and done the same thing being it is impossible to locate a replacement deck worth anything? Many thanks for any information.
