Dealer Kubota Dealers

Hi,
A girl I work with has convinced me that I need to buy a Kubota (she has an L35). I was wondering if anybody would share their "Internet" buying experiences with me. Carver Equipment looks like they get quite a bit of press. Who else is there and what do you think of these dealers?

I found Carver's from the web, but they turned out to be only about 1 1/2 hour drive from my place, so they were "almost local" for me. Great people to deal with, went out of their way to help, and got my business. Equipment delivered in perfect, ready-to-go condition. I can't speak to how it would work at greater distance, say, NJ, but it's true you don't find much bad press here at TBN.

Another dealer that I've seen get good publicity for long-distance sales is Modern Equipment Co in NE Tennessee (www.TractorSmart.com). I have personally never dealt with them so I can neither confirm nor deny the good reports.

Paul,

Carver is a good reference source and good price basis, as well many have taken delivery from them in this forum and are happy. Depends on your preference as well service point. Steve (Carver Equipment) makes no pretenses about being able to do wty service at 500 miles tho will support warranty items I am sure, also Kubota will stand behind the product too. There was another thread on this recently from Steve Carver in buying/pricing - do a search on this.

Depends on your local dealers for TLB's - they sometimes are in short supply and get a premium for these units. Shop around and buy from the dealer that is good for you, you won't be dissapointed at the end of the day.
