KUBOTA BT 1000 BACKHOE

I am in the market for a kubota BT 1000 backhoe for my 2005 L39 TRACTOR. I REALY DONT NEED THE ENTIRE BACKHOE. I need the outrigger's for the BT1000 that i have now BUT AM WILLING TO PURCHASE WHOLE UNIT IF I HAVE TOO. HAD TO REMOVE CYLINDERS FOR REPAIR. hAD TO CUT CYLINDERS AWAY FROM STABALIZERS WITH A METABO CUTTING DISC. NOW I HAVE 2 PIECES OF THE OLD PIN AND NOT HAVING ANY LUCK IN REMOVING REMAINING PIN MATERIAL FROM STABALIZERS. 1,25" DIAMETER AND 2.50 IN. LONG. TRIED DRILLING OUT NO LUCK. TRIED PRESSING OUT WITH A PORTA POWER NO LUCK. NOW I AM ATTEMPTING TO CUT OUT WITH A TORCH AND IF THAT DOESN'T GO WELL I WILL BE IN THE MARKET FOR NEW STABALIZERS.

Seen BT1000s come up for sale occasionally. Not sure if any difference between L39 and L45 versions.

Took me >2.5 years to find a BT1200. Sold at auction in Canada to a farm equipment dealer near Detroit, shipped to me in Tennessee. Worried about buying without seeing but worked out OK. Even came with a thumb.

Currently a BT1200 on eBay. 3X $$$ of what I paid.

Several members have shared their expertise in heavy equipment repair given enough information.

Porta powers come in 5,10 and 25 ton versions. Many stuck pins require >50 ton press. Having the proper tooling to press and contain when released a significant challenge to prevent injury. Worthwhile finding a shop that does that type of work sometimes.

If you are successful, keep it greased.

it should be repairable even if you torch cut the old 1 out. any good equipment repair shop could make you new bushings and weld them in and make you a pin for it as well.
