Backhoe kubota BL 4690 backhoe problem?

Hey guys, I am having a problem with the left control arrm on this hoe it moves from side to side just fine, but when I try to move it forward and backward it is real tight.
Can anyone give me some advice? I have oiled the linkage, are these valves replaceable? HELP !!!!!

The valves are replaceable. But before I did that. I would use some strong rust buster like PB Blaster. Also check the end caps to make sure that water has not collect in it. Causing the bottom end of valve to rust. Have you removed the orange covers off the valves?

Hey Ron, I have removed the main cover. I have put some oil on the sticky valve. It seemed better today. I will try the rust remover that you mentioned. That may help. The valve doesn't seem to be leaking. This is a little new to me as far as the backhoe goes. I would appreciate ay more suggestions....Thanks I will post my progress.
