I have a BX1870 with a 54” deck. I found a used GCK60-23BX BAGGER WITH A 60” boot kit. I did a little adaptation and made the boot and the orange wedge that goes under the front right of the deck work. Admittedly I never follow the rule of only cutting a third of the grass height. I’m now experiencing some clogging issues in the boot.
Anyone have any ideas…or does anyone have a 54” boot kit that wants to trade for a 60”.
To buy a new 54” boot kit is !

I have a bagger for my BX. I found the brackets for the boot were not properly aligned, and it caused enough obstruction to impact the flow. I even re-coped the boot to sit completely on the deck. Now I have minimal issues. I did buy quick release clamps, so when I go have a clog, it’s an easy and quick removal of the discharge hose to clean it out.

I’ve had a bagger on my BX for 10 years! Ain’t not never clogged it! Do you have the wedge shaped piece that fits into/onto the underside of the deck?
