Kubota B7200 3 point hydraulic problem

My B7200 three point lever has just started flopping down and will not hold it's position. This has a FEL on it and there have been times that the FEL wouldn't work until I messed with the 3 point lever. The FEL seems to be pretty weak too but that could be a whole other problem. What could be wrong that my 3 point height adjustment lever won't hold it's position? Thanks
