Kubota B7100 Overhauled now will not run

I have not done anything with the pump, but it does not give any sign of starving for fuel.

One more item. Could any of the radiator hoses have internal collapsing?? Straw in the straw pile!

The only thing left is the pump, but for the life of me i can not see how. A good injection shop should be able to put it on a stand and test. It has been a while so i don't know what something would cost these days.

G'day is there any way you can take some footage of it running and stopping also showing the exhaust as it does this ? Might help us help you

It sure seems like a fuel delivery /timing issue. Others far more knowledgeable than me, though, are offering advice.
