Kubota B3350 tractor regeneration problems

update on my B3350 HSDC
it's currently in for it's 12th visit. almost three weeks ago kubota gave the new dealership a stop work order for my tractor. i'm waiting to see what corporate is going to do about my tractor. when they picked it up last month, it had a little over 100 hrs on it. over 1/4 of them was while it was being worked on. between the engine on my L3200 and this B3350. it's been over a year i've been without a full time tractor. i didn't get any landscaping done. no garden, only a few stumps dug. in the mean time i've had flood damage three times. trees planted before, i could get the remaining clean up completed and no way to repair the ditches the floods caused. kubota won't even authorize a loaner. so i'm looking at all of the fine orange equipment just waiting to be used and no way to use them..

my new dealership and i are waiting for kubota: to give the go ahead, to replace my B3350 hsdc with a B2650 hsdc. equipped identically. including the aftermarket radio, hydraulic third function, work lights, ect. and to transfer my backhoe frame and mid mount mower adaptors over to the new tractor. plus, I'm asking for all of my payments on the 3350 to be applied on the 2650 and credit for the difference in retail price between the two. then for my aggravation: i want the new tractors windows tinted. i think i'm pretty easy for them to please. it will cost them much more if i get an attorney, which i'm starting to mention to them..

Sorry to read this! Some states have lemon laws for autos and trucks, but for tractors?? Sadly, when lawyers get involved, all too often only the lawyers benefit. And, Kubota probably has some on retainer already, if not an in-house legal staffer.

At the end of the day it is good that they are moving towards a resolution. Where in Texas is this?

I probably missed it in 219 posts, but what's the difference between the B2650 and B3350?
