Kubota B3030 with a Woods Heritage HC 54 rotary cutter

After owning a King Kutter 48" mower and a Land Pride model 1860 60" mower, I was not satisfied with either one (the 48" was too small & the 60" was too heavy for my Kubota B3030 tractor). After finding that Woods builds a 4.5' model, I called my local dealers. I located one about an hour from home, and was able to make a deal for $1600. We picked it up last Saturday morning as scheduled. After setting it up on my tractor and mowing a couple hours, I couldn't be happier. The Woods HC54 is a good match in size and weight for a compact tractor. Just a little info for any interested persons!

I own a B3030 and use a WOODS 60" Brushbull rotary cutter (BB60X). The B3030 handles this size without any problems and the cut is good. Did you consider this one as well? It does not feel heavy at all and feels well matched to the tractor.

I have the same experiences as Nik but with a Bush Hog 60".

I have the same setup a B3030 Kubota and a Woods HC54.
This is a perfect combination, cuts great.
I cut about 10 acres with it.
B3030 perfect match for this cutter!
