THING ABOUT BUYING ONE OF THESE TRACTORS WITH A LOADER, BACKHOE AND A MID MOUNT MOWER.
BUT I AM HEARING THAT IT IS A P.I.T.A TO SWITCH FROM THE BACKHOE TO THE M.M.M. BECAUSE THE M.M.M. USES THE 3 POINT HITCH TO LIFT THE DECK UP AND DOWN?
HAS ANYONE HAD ANY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS?

Not sure what you are asking? The MMM goes in the middle, the backhoe in back... True you do not really want to use them both at the same time.

I have the L2800 with backhoe (no mid mount capabilitythough), but have to remove the 3 point hitch assembly to install the hoe. When removing the hoe, the 3 point stuff goes back on. I don't do this all that often and it really don't take long to remove or reinstall. Your mid point items utlizing the 3 point system will not take all that long to remove or install, especially once you do it a few times. It's all part of owning one tractor to use for many tasks. preparation for those tasks can take some time, but in the end it's all well worth it. I'm like a little kid around my tractor and actually enjoy tinkering with it, removing one item to install another is all just part of the fun.

As the others have mentioned, you will be removing the hoe to mow, so it really doesn't matter. The latest hoes really are not difficult to mount/dismount. It may take two minutes to take off, and five to put back on....... but it should be nothing to stop you from purchasing the tractor with the loader / mower / hoe.

If you are truely convinced it will be that big of a problem, opt out of the $3000 factory belly mower and purchase something else just fr mowing. The money you'd spend on the belly mower would buy you a fair lawn tractor..... especially if you bought one slightly used.
