I have a Kubota 4630 GST (wet clutch) tractor. When the Shuttle lever is moved from forward to reverse or from reverse to forward while in gears 7 to 12, there is a loud grating noise. The noise is not there in gears 6 and below. It sounds like a slipping of gears (grinding) before it is engaged. Neutral must be passed through before the noise occurs. Any ideas on what might be causing this? I have had a few mechanics at dealerships in this area look at it, but none have worked on the GST wet clutch. They don't seem to have any knowledge of what might be causing this.
