Kubota 3710 won't start

Tractor had a dead battery. Jumped off and used tractor most of day. Removed old Battery and Replaced with new battery. Now tractor will not start.

Checked battery it is good. Have twelve volts at starter. When I turn key no lights, clicks or anything. Checked PTO lever. Checked fuses.

Any suggestions?

I have checked polarity, negative goes to frame and positive goes to solenoid. I have checked that 12 volts goes into solenoid.
When the key is in the on/start position nothing happens I do not get any dash lights or any sound at all.

Is it possible that you got the polarity backwards on the battery when you put the new battery in? Not sure what would happen if this was the case. The 12 volts you are seeing at the starter could be pos 12 V on what would be the ground or frame of the tractor. You shouldn't see 12 at the starter until the switch is turned and the starter solenoid is picked up.

When you say the lights don't come on when you turn the key, do you mean the instrument lights? If that's the case it sounds more like the ignition switch. But you say you have 12v at starter, I assume that's when the switch is in the crank position? Not sure how you can have no instrument lights if there's 12v at starter...

Maybe clarify where and when you have voltage and lights. Normally I'd say your HST is not in neutral position, but I'm pretty sure I get instrument lights even if that's true.

Is it possible the new battery isn't fully charged. Do you get 12V with no load but drops when you try to start?? Do the lights come on in the on position then dim out when you go to start ??
Try to give us more details.

Thanks for your help!!!

There is an inline 40 amp fuse before the solenoid. I did not see the fuse when troubleshooting the first time. However the fuse was blown.
