Kubota 2710

[Smear]

When driving down the road the back left wheel jammed skidding tractor to a stop. Then freed up to drive tractor 40 meters. Then the whole electronic system failed with no lights or starting power at all. Any help or advise with this would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hard to understand the connection between these two events. Only thing I could come up with is wiring harness got tangled up with turning wheel???
