Komatsu D20P-7 steering

Can run 4-5 hours ok , then smell hot oil both right and left steering just quits , leave overnight and run perfect. Adjusted controls all down back off 1 and half turns. But have oil in right hand adjustment . That should not be there ,correct. If there is seal gone , do you have any diagrams as owner does not have any manuals. Just loaned it to me, and I want to fix for him.
