KK 5ft rotory cutter

I have a KingKutter 5ft brush and a friend borrowed, put a VERY hard shear bolt in, and twisted the Ujoint, yoke (unrepairable). KK says $40 for Ujoint and $45 for the yoke. Both those prices seem extremely high to me. Anyone found somewhere else to buy parts for these?

Check out a local farm supply store, they usually have a good supply of ujoint's etc. and the prices are quite competitive.

You might find the parts cheaper somewhere else, but the KK prices you were quoted were not too far out of line. PTO driveline parts are pretty expensive.
