Kioti Operator's Manual Mystery

tomslawn = full of B.S.

So noted, will be ignored from here on out. ;)

I advise the rest to do the same, do not bite and he'll have to troll elsewhere with his "expertise".

He or she just might have some credentials to make those statements. He or she should just tells us these credentials or expertise and let us decide for ourselves if his opinion is worthy of our attention. A "tech" for 3 1/2 years some time ago, who couldn't fix the tractor because he couldn't read the manual, or had a hard time ordering parts is not an expert in my book. Many years ago, I was a General Motors tech. I repaired many cars and trucks under and out of warranty. Some were persistant problems until R&D "made a change". That doesn't mean General Motors vehicles are junk. Or are you still a discruntled ex-Kioti employee or maybe owner, who used his Kioti tractor like a bulldozer and broke everything, which Kioti said was abuse and wouldn't repair, that is going postal by using this forum? There you go tomslawn. Tell us why you really have the credentials and/or expertise to make the statements that you have posted. If you can't, then leave.

just looked at his other posts. He states hes a boat motor and small motor repairman. If he was a good tractor tech......why move to lawnmower motors and boats??? Thats just my $.02.

not sensitive.....but i dont go around bashing other mfg's of tractors right out of the chute. dont appreciate it from others either.

If there were a perfact, 100% trouble free tractor (or car) out there:
1. everyone would buy it...all others would be history
2. all the others would gang together and kill the other manufacturer hehe:laughing: :laughing:

That's funny right there. No, not sensitive. I personally don't care what you/he/she/they say about Kiotis, Deeres, NHs, Cases or what have ya. Does not affect how I think about my product one bit. But if you have ten posts and almost half of them are bashing a particular brand, or multiple for that matter, then you have little credibility and don't add any value to the thread or forum in my book. I also find it funny that someone goes out of their way to post unsubstantiated bull in certain forums. It's called trolling and it happens in every equipment forum I visit, that's why I say ignore and move on to the useful posts. I would say the same thing being a Kioti owner visiting the Kubota/Deere/NH/?? forum.

Now if some former "techie" did indeed visit a particular forum, provide valuable advice, pertinent information and such, backed up with real data then I'd welcome said individual. Regardless whether it's happy news or warnings.

Have an pleasant evening sir. ;)

I agree with most of this, cept for the part of kioti owner visiting other forums. there are alot of things that are universal between different makes of tractors. i try to insert bits of info that i think might be pertinent about other makes. some times i might be off base, but i don't ever...EVER... tell them to sell their tractor and upgrade.

Thats just plain rude, offensive and nasty.

It's been my experience in many different equipment forums that people with credentials, expertise post objective data. Not B.S. YMMV

Sometimes what is typed doesn't come off they way I was thinking it..... The comment about being a non-owner visiting another forum: I would feel the same way regarding B.S. posts whether it's directed at a brand I own or not. IOW if our resident "tech" was bashing Kubotas in their forum I'd stihl call it B.S and move on.

I don't think the Kioti group is sensitive. I just don't understand the tractor bashing, no matter what color it is. If someone has some good info to share and help others, that's the idea of the forum. I check the Bobcat forum to learn from them being the tractors themselves are the same. Members help each other in the general forums where the tractor color doesn't matter to learn something. If that person posting is "trolling", as someone advised, and wastes his time that way; I feel sorry for them. I learned something else other than tractor stuff from this site...there are useless trolls.
