Well I came across this post after I purchased a LK3054 Kioti.
I would really like an operators manual as well. Can I pay you for a copy..

I think about every drain plug is leaking oil.
Oil looks fresh

Have you replaced the washers under the drain plugs? They make some with a rubber (or some similar substance) center that helps seal better than the copper ones. 'Most any auto parts store should have them.
One of the oil drain plugs leaks a bit on mine too...looks like the previous owner cross-threaded it at some point.
