Rear Finish Mower Kioti Finish Mower question

Recently purchased a used 3 pt Kioti KRM03-60 finish mower. No manual. Internet says it's very similar to or the same as a WAC, 1st Choice, Simca and a couple others. Made in Italy. Going over the mower, I found the gearbox full to the top. I pulled the screw in dipstick and noticed it has 2 marks on it. The highest mark is about 1/2 way down the stick and the lower mark is about 3/4" lower. My best guess is that the oil level should be between the two marks on the stick or they wouldn't be there. I don't think the gearbox should be completely full. Looking for opinions. Thanks....jkm

personally would change the gear oil on a used machine, no telling how old & if there's moisture accumulation. suck out as much as you can. would use conventional GL5 gear oil (not fully synthetic) as it might compromise old seals, etc.
Valvoline makes a conventional 75/90. but not sure of the grade for your model, some may suggest 85/140. good luck
also insure the vent is working properly

That's what I'm in the middle of. Trying to determine how much oil goes in the gearbox. Internet says finish mower gearboxes hold from a few ounces to 2 qts depending on the mower. But nothing specifically about the Kioti. I'll probably just put enough in for the level to be between the marks.
