I have a Kioti DS45 and im looking to buy a crane attachment for it. if any of you guys can help me out id appreciate it, Thanks

I am not sure what a crane attachment is??? Do you mean a pole loolking thing that hooks to the 3 point hitch??

Or a tree boom on the FEL?

Do you own that? If so, is it worth it? I am curious, I don't have much use for it other than getting to some upper windows on my house.

I do use it but I must admit that because I also have forks it doesn't get used all that much. I use it when it is easier/safer to chain or strap something rather than stick a fork under it. I will also use it to reach over a seawall to pull up a float. Basically it can be very useful but it doesn't get used a lot. If I had to do it over I'd just use the FEL 3pt adapter I got from Rick Wallace and mount a 2x2 pole into one of the attached hitch receivers.

I've got one from markham that I got elongated. No call to use it yet, but it was cheap - 200 or so. And when it comes time to re-shingle my house, which it will soon, I know I'll appreciate it.

Planting big trees seems to be their main use. I've just wished I had a crane a number of occasions, and am happy that next time I'll have one. Probably won't be long enough or some such, but that's life...

I'm not sure if the tree boom would work. i have to get truss's on top of an addition and i probably need probably about 25 feet of clearance. if anyone has ideas im open to suggestions, Thanks

You could securely lash an extension to a tree boom. Remember that sailers used lashing to hold spars together so the proper lashing technique can be very strong. The real issue I would worry about with a 25ft plus boom with a load would be the risk of upsetting the tractor. It can be done safely but would require planning for lateral stability as well as rear ballast.
