Kioti DK40 HST, slow moving

Hello,

I have a a Kioti DK40 HST, it recently is very slow moving Mid range is like low range, I have changed the filters the HST and Hydraulic filters, it has 169 hours on it. Any ideas ?

Does the loader work at full speed and power?

Is there a difference between low range and mid range....could it be a failure to engage mid range? Is high also slow?

Is HST fluid topped off?

Do you have the DKse maintenance manual? I don't have immediate access to mine but it does have some detailed trouble shooting algorithms for most systems.

Pedal appears to be traveling all the way down.

Loader works great, there is a difference between low and mid but very little, high range is also slower than normal, all fluids are topped up, I haven't checked my manual but will, it also has a whining noise when back

Before, they were changed because of the problem.

What did the fluid look like? any silver tint to it?

Check the simple stuff, are you in 4 wheel? is the brake on? where you working in the woods? I say that cause I had some stuff stuck the stopped the pedal from working all the way. That silver tint, is it just a tad of silver or a lot?

It happens in or out of 4 wheel, brake is not on, never had this one in the woods, silver tint was noticable not alot, but there.

Sounds like the simple stuff is out of the way. Time to start making pressure measurements on the HST.. still under warranty? should be... time to return to the dealer in my opinion.
