Kioti CK3510 HST PTO issue

Looking for input on an issue I'm having with my Kioti Ck3510 hst. Out of nowhere after finishing up mowing the other day I disengaged the pto and went to turn it back on for my last couple passes and the pto lever would not budge at all. I disconnected the pto shaft of my mower and have found that I can get the pto lever to engage, but I have to turn the pto of the tractor to a specific placement before I can get the lever to release forward. Has anyone has this issue before and have any tips or tricks of things I can try before taking it to a shop?

Is this a 2 stage clutch? Does it grind when you try to engage it? If so the Clutch play needs to be adjusted

It has a single stage clutch in it.
