There is a few threads on this subject in the Kioti section. Most times you can lube the heck out of it and it will work. If not a new trans is in the future.

I'm assuming  you are still under warrenty with only 185 hours. I would talk to your dealer to have the problem fixed as replacing the cyclinder did not do the trick. Maybe something as simple as extra lubrication or adjustment. :)

Mousefield, I have the same thing going on with my CK35 2008 190hrs still under warrenty. Can you describe what adjustments and or lub? We have chatted before and you sound very knowledgeable on these things. Thanks Randy

I have not had this problem on my tractor but did a bit of rescerch on the Kioti Owners/Operators site. So copied some info from a couple of posts that might help.

The biggest culprit is the shaft and bushing going through the case.
The key is a good PENETRATING OIL, applied very liberally to the area between the trans case and the pedal so that the lube can can flow into that area and get on the shaft where it goes through the trans case.
You should also look and see if the pedal is at 90deg to the fitment below it.

When I had my Bobcat the service guy sprayed a ton WD40 on the return spring, later on a Bobcat engineer said that WD40 should not be used.

Here are some threads on the issue.

Sorry to hear you're having the problem. I'm convinced it's an epidemic issue with the CK line up (CT2XX for Bobcat, X.10X for McCormick and ?? for Landini). I have an excellent dealer who told me some machines have it, most don't, but I really think most people don't mention it or do anything about it and there's more machines like this out there then not. My dealer had already fought with the issue before I complained and basically had a good handle on diagnosing it, but they were forbidden from cracking the HST to try and fix it, Kioti just sent them new HST units and they simply replaced them. That's what happened with mine and the issue never came back.

94Bullitt gave you a bunch of links. I tell my whole story in some of them, give my theory on what caused my issue and one is a thread I started. They're all pretty much the same with the same suggestions. I've yet to see anybody else report the problem ways 100% fixed by any of the suggestions other than replacing the HST. I'm not sure if one of them is the one with the attached service bulletin from Bobcat, but I have seen that in one thread on the subject, so they are very well aware of it. The bulletin basically says to make some adjustments, lube it and if that doesn't work, tell them it's with way it's supposed to be.

There are, and they helped, but didn't fix the issue. My dealer did them since the tractor was less than 1 yr old so I don't know exactly what they are, it's something like a tension spring or similar that can be tightened if memory serves.

In order to diagnose the issue, my dealer lifted the rubber floor and there are two ports near the back in the centre. They put a pressure gauge on them and they read low when the pedal was pressed. That's what they told me they expected to happen before they tested it, I was there when they did the test and that's what they said the result was. Sorry, I don't know what the proper pressure range should be, just that it was low and that indicated a cooked HST. This test was at Kiotis request and had to be done before a new hst was provided. I'm sure a dealer can help you with the pressures if you have a tester.

Double check there should be a grease fitting.
