Kioti Broken in Half

Tough to tell from the pics, but it almost looked to me that the frame had been previously welded where it broke in half.
Not sure, but the frame at the point of separation is far less structurally sound than about 2' back.
That kind of looks cut. Maybe disgruntled spouse....

i had a dozer quite a while ago that had a repaired cracked frame. it is not too hard to do considering the amount of leverage that is constantly put on a frame.

Not for nothing do we New Hampshiremen call them Maniacs.

Looking back through PTSG's Pics

Not absolutely sure but, It appears that the op had no counterweight on the rear of the tractor. In this case that might be a good thing.
if the FEL is strong enough and the tractor op say, starts trying to pry out a 10 foot diameter boulder that only a bit is above ground with that long tine grapple and manages to get the rear tires off the ground it would have concentrated even more force on that front sub-frame, front axle and bearings.
What most guys don’t know and will find out later is overloading the tractor/loader will likely result in future front axle bearings & seal failure.
It t took me a while to learn that when digging with most FELs once you release the bucket/lift valves to a neutral position, there really isn't any safety PRV in the system- other than bursting a hose, blowing a seal or something more expensive Giving. I was lucky and in a couple cases popped a hose and in the other the seals failed.

Like Hay Dude says, in addition once those ball bearings are free from the destroyed cage that "used" to keep them in the race, they are now free to roam and show those weak kneed gear teeth just how much stronger 52100 chrome steel bearing material is.

Here's not something you see every day. Browsing facebook and saw this.

Not sure what the backstory is.
Not worth $32K in that condition.

The way the tractor broke seems opposite of what would happen with too much weight in the FEL. It would bend upward in the middle.

Here at TBN, a World fat with SCUTs, CUTs and Utility tractors, most with FELs, front axle/bearing failure is very rare. Definitely more rare than bent/broken FELs. Probably more rare than broken tractor chassis.

If it had "bent" and stayed intact you would see upward bend in the middle. In this case, it broke completely apart. Gravity took over and it fell to the ground in the middle.
