Kioti LK30
I took the hoe off of my new LK30 so I could do some plowing... the three point hitch won't raise. The only way I can get it to raise is by operating the FEL in any direction. When I took the hoe off I did disconnect the quick coupler under the right floor board and connect it to the tractor's hydraulic block... help!

Do you have any remote hydraulic valves? Make sure they are in "neutral" position

You've probably already done this, but check the 3-pt speed control knob. It could be turned all the way off.

Stupid question but is there a lever that activates the hydraulics for the Hoe? As stated is has to be in neutral.

Not sure whether the newer LK30 uses the same hydraulic block as the earlier LK3054xs, but, when I remove the hoe, I must disconnect the hose from the power beyond port of the loader valve and connect it to the to the return(tank port) of the block. If I am installing the hoe, that line must be disconnected from the block and connected to the feeder line going back to the hoe. There is no "selector valve" on a 3054

On my 2008 Kioti CK35 I have to move the lever from either A or B (backhoe) position to neutral (3pt) after removing my backhoe. As earlier mentioned you may have a turn knob that controls the speed of the 3 pt or it can be shut totally off. On mine this knob is located below the seat near were you would put your feet. Not sure of your setup but just took a few pics to help you.

I found this also, that the rear remote (which supplies pressure to the backhoe lines) must be in neutral for the 3 pt to raise.

Now, if I wanted to put on a hydraulic upper link I assumed this would use the pressure from the rear remote lines. So I could adjust the upper link, or rise the 3 pt but not both at the same time?

This is why it's so frustrating when people start multiple threads on the same topic....he found the solution in the thread he started in the hydraulics section, and didn't update this thread.

So, just out of curiousity, what was the solution? I don't see a thread in hydraulics section.

"Seen this before. You need to switch the "tank" port and the "power Beyond" port at the hydraulic block. They are reversed.

Not your fault, the manual is mis-leading." From MIE
