KingKutter 72" Mower fix

Hello from a newbie !
I have a relatively new King Kutter 72 " finish mower ( free ! ) that was shoved off into a field and replaced. I am replacing the belt because the main pulley / gearbox housing had become a chipmunk hotel. The manual says to " loosen the belt tension pulley bolt on the L bracket to allow movement " The bolt on the pulley just spins but won't loosen. My question ...... finally ... Does anyone know what is on the bottom of the deck ? Is there a bolt / weld nut that holds/held the tension bracket to the deck ? Any help would be invaluable.

Hi I have a 60 inch landpride finish mower that when I want to clean out the underneath I hook to tractor shorten the toplink as short as it will go and raise the mower which will be a couple feet off the ground and you can see everything you need to see and get to. Hope this helps

I got it thanks, the " L Bracket" all thread had rusted off so I fired up my welder......... out of wire :-( ...... only thing I could get was some flux core. Welded a piece of allthread to the bracket... all is well .
