Keyless panel sometimes not working

Sometimes you hit enter/run and a second later screen turns off Or fuzzy on the panel can someone tell me what's wrong battery and cable look fine on my s220 bc ? Thanks

Low voltage is the most common reason this happens. Can also be internal in the panel, but check battery voltage and connections at battery & at plug to the panel. With everything off you should have at least 12.5v at battery terminal and 12v at the panel connection.
You can take the headlight out to access the plug in back of the panel.

If voltage is 12 and I have a bad panel would it be the right or left panel ?

My guess would be in the right panel, if the run/enter button is not holding contact long enough to get the other panel and controller completely booted up. If it was a left panel problem there should be some type of communication error coming up rather than panels go dead. If there is not enough voltage the entire system can/will shut down before it can trigger a low voltage warning.
