Got some new chains, put 'em on, can't seem to keep 'em on. Seemed reasonably tight, not excessive. Threw 'em off several times, can't figure why. Do I need to use Bungi cords to keep 'em on? Should they be on both inside and outside? They are official Bobcat chains, not substitutes.
