Ke70 torque specs

Looking for torque specs for ke70 flywheel and clutch plate. Clutch plate specs said 9-12 foot pounds but want to check seems light.

The KE70 made by Yanmar is a gary market machine. It's hard to find technical and service manuals for it. Best to refer to some of the FX Series manuals for the torque ratings.
