Bought a kb2475L backhoe for my ck2610 hat . I have a couple questions for anyone who might be running one. I purchased the backhoe new on a pallet and installed it myself . In the photos I saw on the net show rubber boots on the joystick controls, mine didn稚 come with any and dealer says they don稚 come with them??? Second my bucket came with welded on teeth not replaceable as indicated on the website. Third is the locking pin For the hoe swing will not fit into the holes, they are slightly off center and don稚 align.fourth is the locking lever for the dipper arm locks the dipper arm every time I go thru the full range of motion. I知 happy with the digging capabilities but was wondering if anyone else experienced these issues. I値l be contacting the dealer as well.bucket is 16 inch with four teeth.

I have th KB2475L also.

1. It did not come with any rubber boots like shown in the photos but they are under the metal on the two main controls but none for the stabilizers.
2. I have a 16” and a 24” bucket and both have welded on teethe.
3. My lock pin lines up when moved into position.
4. When I pull the locking lever up, it locks in places, takes a little force to unlock it.

LS sells the same backhoe for there tractors also and I’ve seen they have the rubber boots. Mabe something that can be ordered. Actually I think I’m gonna look into it as I’d like to purchase a set just for the added protection. I wish my teethe weren’t welded. Over all I’m happy with the backhoe besides the seat seems to be fading pretty quick.

Thanks for the quick reply, how do you find the 24inch bucket,I was afraid it would pull the machine rearward a lot.

I find that my CK3510 handles the 24” bucket pretty well. We have a lot of rock in the ground and I never have an issue. I used it to dig a 300’ trench that was muddy and it did good with the heavy rocky mud. I do have filled tires so I’m sure that helps also.

I have the 24" bucket for mine and it works great as long as you outriggers have some bite i made my own pads but you can also purchase the bigfoot pads.
There are 2 different suppliers for the valves one has the boots on the outside the other has them under the steel housing.
Common problem with the boom lock the small notch that keeps it locked up usually needs to be filled deeper with a chainsaw file so it wont release from vibration.
Not sure about the angle lock pin, are the pivot pins for the boom installed correctly do they have a lot of slop?

The boom lock on my hoe worked fine until I lubricated it. Enough time has passed that it works fine again.

Yeah that boom lock can be adjusted I drilled a new hole for the spring. Quick question, does anyone use a top link connection on a frame mount BH? I have never but .. KB2485
